Pinecrest Business Park
Located on busy Route 7 in Dover-Foxcroft, the Pine Crest Business Park occupies approximately sixty acres of land with twelve surveyed lots varying in size from 1 1/2 acres to 6 1/2 acres. Pine Crest a non-profit corporation administered by a ten member Board of Directors. Construction of the roadway and installation of the utilities, including town water and sewer, single and three phase power, and telephone will begin early spring 1999 with scheduled completion early summer 1999. With the completion of the access roads and the installation of sewer, water, electrical power, and communication capabilities, building sites will be fully permitted and available for immediate access to a prospective employer. The corporation has established criteria and covenants which must be adhered to by all occupants of this new facility.
