Piscataquis County Government
County Commissioners
Piscataquis County has three commissioners elected to four year terms from their individual districts. Commissioners are responsible for the county's receipts and expenditure, convey county real estate, maintain county roads (73 miles), and are responsible for the administration of all 98 Unorganized Townships except in the case of educating their students.
