PCEDC to Host Legislative Forum for Fall Quarterly Meeting
Monday, August 24, 2009
The Piscataquis County Economic Development Council (PCEDC) will be holding their fall quarterly meeting on Monday, September 14th, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Hobnobbers Pub at 49 West Main Street, Milo (directions to the venue can be obtained by contacting the PCEDC).

The main program of the evening will consist of a forum with Piscataquis County’s current state delegation. Senator Doug Smith, Representative Paul Davis, and Representative Peter Johnson all have agreed to participate. There will also be a presentation on the Piscataquis County Brownfields Assessment Program and an update on the revision to the Piscataquis County Economic Development Plan.

Registration fee for the event is $20.00 per person. RSVPs are due by September 4th and can be left with Thomas Kittredge, PCEDC Executive Director, at tkittredge@pcedc.org or by calling 1-800-539-0332. Please indicate your appetizer choice (lobster bisque or house salad with maple vinaigrette) and meal choice (seafood-stuffed haddock, prime rib, or roasted vegetable lasagna alfredo) with your RSVP. A cash bar will also be available.

The Piscataquis County Economic Development Council is a countywide organization whose mission is to stimulate long-term sustainable economic development and growth throughout the region.
