Thomas Kittredge Thomas Kittredge serves as PCEDC's Executive Director and is responsible for overall management and coordination of the Council's activities. Thomas brings to the Council a combination of practical economic development experience, acquired while an intern in the City of Brewer’s Economic Development Department; and an extensive academic background, earning a B.A. from Yale University and a M.A. from The Johns Hopkins University. Thomas was born in Bangor, and is a 1994 graduate of Brewer High School. |
Ken WoodburyCommunity Development Specialist Email: kwoodbury@pcedc.org As the PCEDC’s Community Development Specialist, Ken Woodbury provides communities with technical help on infrastructure projects that relate to economic development. Ken, a native of Maine and a resident of Greenville, currently assists several communities with economic development initiatives, improved tourism infrastructure and affordable housing issues. He also assists some non-profits in the region with capacity building and economic development strategies. Ken is a retired educator who started his career at Deering High School in Portland. Most recently he was President/CEO of the Valencia Community College Foundation in Orlando, and prior to that he served as President of Harrisburg Area Community College in Pennsylvania. In both of these positions he worked extensively with government officials, small and large business owners, and community leaders on economic and community development issues. A graduate of Bates College, Ken also received an M.A. from the University of Maine in Orono and an Ed.D from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. | |
